I mean, what can't you write about? Every minute has some kind of revelation, big or small, that someone could write a book about.

Of this, 99% is repetitive. Between philosophers, movie directors, and farmer's almanac authors, all of these ideas have been said. Many times. But that tiny amount that is left over might be of use to someone, right? Even if nobody else can do anything with that bit of random information, at least you can. Everything that you think has some meaning to you, after all.

Yet, here I am. Not writing about any of those ideas. I'm writing about forgetting them. All of these little topics might be ingrained somewhere, and I might be able to bring them up, if I knew where to start. But they've all evaporated into the air, probably never to be rethought.

Think about that. All of these meandering bits and pieces of knowledge that just float up into the sky. From everyone on Earth. Thousands of thoughts per person amount to trillions every day. Where does it go? To waste. If an original idea is gone from its creator, no one else can conjure it.

If everyone just wrote down a tiny fraction of these ideas, think of everything that could be created, modified, reworked. A creative burst greater than any renaissance ever experienced.

Try it. If you can catch 1 in 10 of these before they wither away, you're bound to come up with something new.

Also: Next time you find 2 hours, watch Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind. You'll enjoy it.

For Starters

500 miles to the nearest blogosphere!

I do not intend to write about myself. There are much more important and significant things to write about that you could enjoy or at least care about. If I am going to write about things every once and a while, I would rather they be readable and applicable to everyone.

With that being said, I do not know what I intend to write about.

This I will think about. But for now:

To Sam (a friend)

To Vlad (not a friend, but well-appreciated)
